Set the HAVE_MEMORY_SANITIZER and HAVE_ADDRESS_SANITIZER cache entries.

These were (inconsistently) not being set as opposed to
HAVE_THREAD_SANITIZER and HAVE_UNDEFINED_BEHAVIOUR_SANITIZER
